DESIGN CHALLENGE
One of the biggest risks for truck drivers is the difficulty that comes with backing up large trailers into very challenging places. The BAKKAB team recognized this and took the opportunity to develop a solution for both truckers and heavy commercial vehicle drivers.
APPROACH
Robust and reliable. Due to the harsh environments these drivers see, the wireless unit has to be robust and reliable, with the ability to be positioned on a bumper or trailer magnetically or with a strapping system.
Solution
i3 developed a complete solution integrating wireless video capture technology, LED lighting, and audio into a portable, rugged and lightweight camera housing.
